Feeding Resolume

Resolume reads Syphon natively, so there is nothing to install on either side.

  1. Start SpectraBridge and select your source. Confirm the footer shows a frame rate.
  2. In Resolume, open the Sources panel and find the Syphon group.
  3. Drag SpectraBridge onto a clip slot like any other source.

Frame rate

SpectraBridge publishes at the rate the source actually redraws. A static Keynote slide legitimately produces almost no frames — that is not a fault, and Resolume will hold the last frame. If you need a guaranteed cadence, drive the source with something that animates.

Colour

Syphon carries no colour profile. If the picture in Resolume looks flatter than on your desktop, that is macOS colour management being absent from the transport, not a capture problem. Match your source’s profile to your output profile and the difference disappears.
